- Open Settings, Business info and check Your cell (for alerts). It needs to be a mobile number that can get texts.
- Alerts come from your CallsIn number and start with [CallsIn]. Save your CallsIn number as a contact so your phone doesn't filter it into "Unknown senders" or spam.
- On iPhone, check Settings, Messages, Filter Unknown Senders. On Android, check the Spam and blocked folder in Messages.
- Everything is in your dashboard even if a text doesn't arrive, so nothing is lost.
I'm not getting alerts about new leads or bookings
Alerts go to your cell by text. Check the number and your phone's filters.
