When a call reaches CallsIn and nobody answers, the caller gets a text within a few seconds. If that isn't happening, go through these in order.
- Is the call reaching CallsIn at all? Open Calls. If the missed call isn't listed, it never got to us. Your phone's call forwarding is off or pointing at the wrong number. See Forward your missed calls.
- Is your account on? If your free trial ended or a payment failed, texts stop. You'll see a banner at the top of your dashboard. Pick a plan or update your card under Plan and billing.
- Did they text STOP? Open the contact. If it says Texted STOP, we're not allowed to text them. They can text START to your CallsIn number to turn texts back on.
- Was it a landline or a blocked number? Landlines can't get texts, and hidden or spam numbers are blocked on purpose. Those calls show as Spam blocked in Calls.
- Did they call more than once? We only text the same person once every 10 minutes, so someone who calls three times in a row gets one text.
