- Open the conversation. If the text is listed there, we sent it. If the contact shows Texted STOP, they opted out earlier and need to text START.
- Check the number is a mobile, not a landline or office line.
- Carriers sometimes filter texts with links or lots of capital letters. Keep your text-back message short and plain.
- If many customers aren't getting texts, open a ticket. We'll check the delivery reports on our side.
