Terms of Service

Effective September 27, 2026

These terms are an agreement between Crestpoint Ventures LLC ("CallsIn", "we") and the business that signs up for our service ("you"). By using CallsIn you agree to them.

The service

CallsIn provides missed-call text-back, an AI receptionist, appointment booking, a dashboard and, if you order one, a website. We may improve or change features over time. If we remove something important you're paying for, we'll tell you first.

Your account

Keep your login private and tell us if you think someone else has used it. You're responsible for what happens in your account and for the information you give us about your business, like hours, prices and services.

Texting and calling rules

• You'll only use CallsIn to talk with people who contacted your business or agreed to hear from you.
• You won't use it for spam, marketing blasts to people who didn't opt in, or anything illegal.
• You'll give us accurate business details for carrier registration (A2P 10DLC), and let us register your business with carriers.
• If recording is on, you're responsible for any notice your state requires. When recording is on, the AI receptionist tells callers the call may be recorded.
• We honor STOP requests right away and you can't turn that off.

AI answers

The AI receptionist and text assistant work from the information you give us. They can make mistakes. Check your bookings, keep your details up to date, and don't rely on CallsIn for emergencies. Callers with emergencies should be told to call 911.

Payment

Plans are billed monthly in advance and renew until cancelled. Free trials turn into a paid plan at the end unless you cancel. Website builds are billed as agreed in your quote. Prices can change with 30 days' notice.

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime and your plan runs to the end of the paid month. If you got a free website with a 12-month plan and cancel early, the regular website price is due. You can ask for an export of your data before closing your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or don't pay.

Your data

Your customer data belongs to you. We use it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Limits

The service is provided "as is." Phone and text networks and our providers sometimes have outages we can't control, and we don't promise the service will never go down. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for lost profits or indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
