SMS Terms

Crestpoint Ventures LLC ("CallsIn") sends text messages in two ways. These terms cover both.
1. Messages sent for local businesses
CallsIn provides phone and text tools to local businesses such as plumbers, HVAC companies, dental offices and salons. When you contact one of these businesses, you may get texts from that business through CallsIn. The texts are sent under the business's name.
How you opt in. You start the conversation. You may get texts when you:
- call the business and the call is missed or answered by its AI receptionist, and you get a text so they can help you (for example: "Hi, this is Mike's Plumbing. Sorry we missed your call! How can we help? Reply STOP to opt out.");
- text the business's number yourself; or
- book on the business's website and check the box agreeing to texts.
What the messages are about. Replies to your questions, appointment booking, confirmations and reminders, updates about your service, and a request for a review after the job. These are customer care messages about the service you asked for. We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this program.
2. Messages from CallsIn itself
If you fill out the demo form on our website and check the SMS consent box, CallsIn may text you about your demo request and your account, such as scheduling a call and follow-ups. Checking the box is optional and not a condition of buying anything.
Message frequency and cost
- Message frequency varies based on your conversation and appointments.
- Message and data rates may apply, based on your mobile plan.
How to stop or get help
Reply STOP to any message to stop getting texts from that number. You'll get one message confirming you're unsubscribed, then nothing more. Reply START to sign up again.
Reply HELP for help, or email hello@trycallsin.com.
STOP also works if you reply with UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT or STOPALL.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported on major US carriers.
Privacy
Your mobile number and text message consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
