If Calls is empty after someone called and you didn't answer, your phone isn't forwarding missed calls to CallsIn.
- Test it. From a different phone, call your business number and don't answer. Wait about 30 seconds. It should appear in Calls.
- Turn forwarding on again. On your business phone, dial the code for your carrier (your exact code with your CallsIn number is under Settings, Phone line):
- Verizon: *71 then your CallsIn number
- AT&T and T-Mobile: **004* your CallsIn number #
- Check Do Not Disturb. Some phones send calls straight to voicemail when Do Not Disturb or a Focus mode is on, which skips forwarding. Turn it off or allow calls.
- Business lines and VoIP. Office phone systems (RingCentral, Google Voice, Grasshopper and others) set forwarding in their own app or website. Set "forward when unanswered" to your CallsIn number.
- Using your CallsIn number as your main line? Then no forwarding is needed. Calls come straight to CallsIn and ring you first if you turned that on.
